Our annual Christmas Dinner is coming up on Wednesday, Dec. 9, in our dining room, beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at
7:15 p.m., when we will be dismissed to attend the Band and Choir Concert in the RCC. We would like to extend an
invitation to your family to join us for this event if your schedule will allow. The dinner is $10 per person for
parents, family members and day students (boarding students are not charged, as this is their evening meal). In order
to properly plan for food and seating, we must ask you to make reservations by the end of business Friday, Dec. 4.

After identifying the correct student account, select "Christmas Dinner" and enter the number of people in your party
(include any day students but NOT boarding students in your count). You may pay for the meal by credit card or by
e-check. If you prefer to pay in cash, you may do so through Mrs. Dollar at the Carroll Hall Reception Desk.
We are expecting a full house for this meal, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible as it could be a sell-out!
We encourage families to arrive for the meal by 6 p.m. in order to find a table to accommodate your group.
Student attire for the dinner as well as for the Christmas program is as follows:
Girls in the program should wear black slacks and the white no-tuck shirt with tie; girls not in the program should
wear black slacks with the white no-tuck shirt and tie OR with an appropriate coordinating blouse.
Boys in the program will wear their dress uniform (khaki pants, oxford shirt and SMA tie, blue sweater); boys not in
the program may wear a suit and tie or the dress uniform.
