Our annual Christmas Dinner is coming up on Wednesday, Dec. 9, in our dining room, beginning at 6 p.m. and
ending at 7:15 p.m., when we will be dismissed to attend the Band and Choir Concert in the RCC.
We would like to extend an invitation to your family to join us for this event if your schedule will allow. The dinner is $10 per
person for parents, family members and day students (boarding students are not charged, as this is their evening meal).
In order to properly plan for food and seating, we must ask you to make reservations by the end of business Thursday,
Dec. 3. To make your reservation, please visit our
online payment portal.
After identifying the correct student account, select "Christmas Dinner" and enter the number of people in your party
(include any day students but NOT boarding students in your count). You may pay for the meal by credit card or by
e-check. If you prefer to pay in cash, you may do so through Mrs. Dollar at the Carroll Hall Reception Desk.
We are expecting a full house for this meal, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible as it could be a sell-out!
We encourage families to arrive for the meal by 6 p.m. in order to find a table to accommodate your group.
Student attire for the dinner as well as for the Christmas program is as follows:

Support TEEM Haiti
Once again, SMA is joining forces with
to support the Maison des Enfants de Dieu orphanage
in Haiti. The Guenther Family will return to Haiti with an estimated team of 18 people and much needed
supplies from December 26 to January 4.
It is requested that students bring packages of diapers and/or containers of powdered baby formula
(which is far easier to transport than liquid formula). Faculty, staff, and administration are
encouraged to participate by donating bar soap, underwear, baby powder, or flip flops. The locations
for drop off is the SMA Library with Mrs. Amy Nighbert or at the Robinson Christian Center (RCC) with
Mr. Chris Carrier on Monday or Wednesday mornings prior to chapel assemblies. The donations will be
received through Friday, December 11.
There are currently 71 children at Maison des Enfants de Dieu. We want to ensure that each one receives
our support and love. Christy and Brian Guenther are scheduled to share with us a testimony of God's
grace to Maison des Enfants de Dieu on Wednesday, December 2, in chapel.
